3. Service Agreement

By requesting our services, you enter into an agreement with Garden Spaces LTD. The terms, scope of work, and pricing will be agreed upon before the commencement of any service. Any modifications to the agreed terms must be in writing and mutually accepted.

4. Payment

Payment for services rendered is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Garden Spaces LTD reserves the right to withhold services or apply additional charges for late payments.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation of services must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance, except in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Refunds for services already rendered will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure access to the designated service areas and provide accurate information regarding property boundaries, utility lines, and any relevant restrictions or permissions required.

7. Liability

While Garden Spaces LTD takes utmost care in providing services, we are not liable for any damages or losses arising from unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or client negligence.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with our designs, plans, and created landscapes remain the property of Garden Spaces LTD unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and will handle personal information in accordance with New Zealand’s Privacy Act. Information collected will only be used for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand.

11. Amendments

Garden Spaces LTD reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. It is the client's responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
